A passion for the mountains…
That is the guiding philosophy behind this new gallery based in the heart of the French town of Chamonix, nestling at the foot of Mont Blanc.
Entirely devoted to the work of French photographer Mario Colonel, the gallery sells posters, framed prints, postcards, calendars, books, and is a showcase for Mario's latest projects and work. You will also find a dedicated exhibition space for the sale of signed and numbered original prints (maximum of 30 copies), for the most part black and white images.
There is also a large screen showing the entire collection, allowing visitors to order personalized digital prints. The gallery houses an immense collection of images of the Mont Blanc range as well as the rest of the Alpine chain, and will soon include images from the Himalaya…
